Just follow this simple recipe and enjoy this mouthwatering chai time snack. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
Sliced Potatoes
Corn flour powder
Red chili powder
Black pepper powder
Oregano herb
Salt
half tbsp sugar
3 drops of lemon juice.
Preparations:
Step 1
Slice potatoes, the way shown in the picture below.
You can slice them more thin also than I did.
Step 2
Add cornflour powder, all the spices and the lemon juiceĀ to the sliced potatoes
Step 3
Mix well all the spices and keep it aside for five minutes.
Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhaai and deep fry potatoes until they become crispy.
Spicy French fries are ready.
Serve hot with tea.
I would have had eaten this but m on healthy diet without potato so I will switch it with gobi or onion what do u say ??
