Crispy Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

Bread

Rava

Boiled Potatoes

Onion

Green chili

Grated Ginger and garlic

Raee

Cumin seeds

Amchur Powder

Red Chili powder

Salt (As per taste)

Oil

Preparations:

Step 1

Boil potato and mash them

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadhaai and fry mashed potato using cumin seeds, raee, green chili powder, Ginger garlic paste, amchur powder, red chili powder and salt.

Keep it aside and let it cool.

Step 3

Take a bread, cut all the four edges.

Take a water in a bowl.

Step 4

Place a bread on your palm, wet it using water from both sides.

Fill cooked potatoes in between

Step 6

Roll it in whichever shape you want

Roll it over Rava crumps.

Deep Fry.

Serve hot with Dhaniya or imli chutney with tea.
