Dry Paneer Chili

Ingredients:

Paneer Cubes

Red and green chili sauce

Soya sauce

Tomato ketchup

Vineger

Capsicum

Onion

Green chilli

Red chili powder

Schezwan chutney

Ginger

Garlic

Salt

Sugar

Oil

Preparations:

Step 1

Chop Capsicum and onion in Square shape.

Step 2

Take corn flour powder in a bowl, add red chili powder. Roll paneer cubes over the powder nicely and let it be there for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Shallow Fry paneer and keep it aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadhaai add garlic,Grated ginger,green chili, schezwan chutney and all the chopped vegetables to it.

Step 5

Add Soya sauce, red and green chili sauce, tomato ketchup,one tbsp vinegar, salt as per taste ,sugar half tbsp, red chili powder half tbsp and half small bowl of corn starch. Let it get cooked over high flame for two minutes and then add paneer cubes to it.

Cook for another two minutes until the consistency becomes thick. Keep on stirring well.

Dry Paneer Chili is ready.

Note: You can also add spring leaves if you want.
