Mix it well
Heat a pan and fry the chicken mixture in it using very less oil until color turns golden brown.
Let it cool for sometime then make small size tikka with it in any shape you want.
I made two types, one round shaped and other in cylindrical shaped.
You can either pat fry tikkis on tava..if you opt for pat frying make sure you have mixed few Boiled potatoes to the chicken mixture in order to retain the shape.
You can also deep fry tikkis, for that apply a coat of egg or slurry to it.
Coat slurry first then deep fry:
While deep frying you can also apply a coat of bread crumbs to it if you want to make it crispy.
This one I pat fried on tava and added few white til on it. I also added few mashed boiled potatoes to the chicken mixture for pat frying on tava.
These are deep fried in oil using slurry coating in few and Slurry+ Bread crumbs coating in few in order to give variety to the platter.
One can opt any way of frying the Chop tikkas either Deep frying or Pat frying. It taste delicious in every way 🙂
