We all eat bread Omelette whenever we want to have something which can be cooked quickly yet which is healthy and tasty, But have you ever thought of transforming this simple Bread Omelette into an interesting wrap dish and make it more presentable, So that the kids can enjoy it in a better way??

INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
Boiled corn
Bread
Salt
Red chili powder
Chopped onion
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chili
Chaat masala
Green chutney
Tomato Ketchup
PREPARATIONS
Step 1:
Make Omelette just the usual way we do, Add corn and cheese into it if you want to have more stuffing.
Step 2
Take bread pieces, trim the edges and flatten it using a rolling pin
Step 3
Fill the omelette stuffing into the bread, add some chopped onion, green chutney and tomato ketchup to it.
Step 4
Wrap it in cylindrical shape.
Step 5
If you want you can pat fry it on tava using butter.
But if the Bread is fresh I like to have it without tava fryng.
Here you go..
Omelette wrap is ready, Serve with green chutney dip and I bet it will feel like you are having a whole new dish. Kids will love it for sure 🙂
