Ingredients :
Mint leaves
Cooked white rice (Long grain aged rice)
Garlic
Green chili
Dry red chili
Cumin seeds
Clove
Black pepper
Lime juice
Salt
Chopped onion
Grind mint leaves with garlic, greenchili
Heat kadai
Add Cumin seeds, dry red chili.
When cumin seeds splatter, add onion, black pepper & clove.
Once it is fried.. Add the mint paste to it.
Aftr two mins of cooking mint paste, add salt and rice to it.
Now cook for two mins more and mint rice ia ready.
Add lime drops at the end.
