Today I am going to Share One Special Recipe with all of you which is very Close to my heart.
One of my Favorite Evening Snacks from My Childhood Days “Shaahi Toast” (Recipe from my Mother’s Kitchen)
2. Cream (Malai)
3. Chopped Onions
4. Chopped Green Chilies
5. Chopped coriander leaves
6. Grated Carrots
7. Fine chopped green Capsicums
8. Red chili powder
11. Oil or Butter
How to Prepare:
Step 1: Cut each bread loaves into two triangular pieces.
Step 2: Put cream into a big bowl and whip the cream until it becomes smooth.
Step 3: Add Chopped onions, Green chili, Chopped Coriander leaves, Chopped capsicums into the whipped cream.
Step 4: Add sugar, Salt and Pinch of red chili powder into the cream and mix well.
Step 5: Apply the above mixture of whipped cream on to the Bread pieces.
Step 6: Grill the Bread using Oil or butter.
Step 7: Garnish with coriander leaves or Grated cheese.
The Saahi toast is Ready to serve hot and tasty.
