Ingredients:
Rohu Fish
Mustard paste
Onion paste
Ginger garlic paste
Green chili paste
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Spring onion leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Red chili paste
Dry coriander powder
Garam masala
Lemon juice
Preparations:
Step 1
First wash the fish properly
Step 2
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl and mix well until it becomes a paste
Step 3
Apply the paste over the fish, make small holes on the surface of the fish skin and push the Spices paste using fingers.
Step 4
Let the fish marinate for half an hour
Step 5
Heat a tava and put two tbsp oil over it
Step 6
Put fish over the tava on medium flame
Step 7
Cover with a lid
Step 8
Roll on to the other side and keep on repeating the process until the fish gets cooked
Tava fish is ready, Garnish and serve hot,
