This is a very easy and delicious recipe made up of bread. You can serve it with tea as an evening snack or even as a starter before Lunch/ Dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread
- Paneer ( Cottage Cheese )
- Chopped Green chili
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Onion
- Shredded Ginger
- Garam masala
- Dry mango powder
- Coriander leaves
- Red chili powder
- Salt
- Semolina (Suji)
- Whipped egg (For coating)
- You can also use slurry for coating if you don’t eat eggs .
- Oil (For Frying)
PREPARATIONS:
Step 1:
Take a bowl add paneer, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, shredded ginger, chopped garlic, Chopped green chili, a pinch of red chili powder, salt (For taste), half tbsp dry mango powder and a pinch of garam masala.
Mix it well.
The stuffing is ready.
Step 2
Take a bread, cut the edges and flatten it using a rolling pin as shown in the picture below.
Step 3:
Fill the stuffing into the bread.
Step 4
Roll the bread in a cylindrical shape as shown in the picture below. Seal the end using water.
Step 5
Wrap all the breads in the same way as shown in the picture and keep it aside.
Step 6
Heat oil in a a Kadhaai/ Frying Utensil
Step 7
Roll the bread over whipped egg/ Slurry
Step 8
Now roll it over semolina(Suji)
Step 9
Deep fry on a low flame, until color turns golden brown
It will take 3-4 minutes.
Bread Paneer rolls are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or Coriander chutney

What else can be used instead of egg

Instead of egg you can mix maida (All purpose flour) in Water in a little thick consistency and then use the mixture instead off egg for coating
