Mint Rice recipe!!

Are you tired of eating white rice? Want to try something tasty but Biryani and Fried rice is a big No No for you in this hot weather.

Then try this easy tasty rice recipe perfect for summer quick lunch:

Ingredients :

Mint leaves
Cooked white rice (Long grain aged rice)
Garlic
Green chili
Dry red chili
Cumin seeds
Clove
Black pepper
Lime juice
Salt
Chopped onion

Grind mint leaves with garlic, greenchili

Heat kadai

Add Cumin seeds, dry red chili.
When cumin seeds splatter, add onion, black pepper & clove.

Once it is fried.. Add the mint paste to it.

Aftr two mins of cooking mint paste, add salt and rice to it.

Now cook for two mins more and mint rice ia ready.

Add lime drops at the end.

Perfect cooler for summer😋
Ingredients:

. Raw mango
. Sugar
. Roasted cumin pwdr
. Black pepper powder
. Salt
. Mint leaves for Garnishing

Process :

Boil raw mango in pressure cooker. (2-3 whistle)

Once it gets cooled
Peel off the mango

Add sugar, Roasted cumin powder, Black pepper powder, Salt and sugar to it

Blend it nicely

Pour it in glass and garnish with mint leaves

If you wish you can add few drops of lime juice also.
