Two medium sized tomatoes
Half chopped onion
3 green chilies
Gram flour one small bowl mixed in water
One small sized tomato puree mixed with ginger garlic paste
Heat oil in a kadhaai add asafoetida,cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute until cumin seeds starts to crackle.
Add chopped tomatoes,pinch of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, red chili powder .
Add tomato puree mixed with ginger and garlic paste.
Add one small bowl of Gram flour mixed in water to the kadhaai.
Add coriander leaves and water as per required consistency.
Cover the top with a lid for 5 minutes.
On a high flame boil the kadhi for 2 minutes then turn the stove off.
Sindhi Tomato Kadhi is ready to be served hot with rice.
