White Sauce reciepe for pasta

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian Cuisine.Typically, Its a noodle made from an unleavened dough of a durum wheat  flour mixed with water and formed into sheets or various shapes, then cooked and served in any number of dishes. It can be made with flour from other cereals or grains and eggs, may be used instead of water. Pastas may be divided into two broad categories, dried (pasta secca) and fresh (pasta fresca). Chicken eggs frequently dominate as the source of the liquid component in fresh pasta. Both dried and fresh pasta come in a number of shapes and varieties.

Here ,Today I am telling you how to make Pasta in White Sauce..(Served as a main course dish in Restaurants) . We are using Ready made Pasta in this recipe, which is easily available in Market.


Baby corn: 4 big size
Butter: 2 tablespoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Onion: 1 medium size
Capsicum: 1 medium size
Flour: 2 table spoon
Milk: 2 3/4 cup
Salt: 3/4 tea spoon
Pepper: 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly flakes: 1/2 tea spoon
Cream: 1/4 cup
Cheese: 100 grams
Mushroom: 8-10 pieces (optional)



Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
1- Add butter in a bowl and heat it for 30 seconds.
2- Add onion in the bowl and heat it for 2 minutes.
3- Add mushroom, baby corn, capsicum, oregano and heat them for 5 minutes.
4- Add maida to the cooked vegetables in the bowl and heat them for 30 seconds
5- Add salt, pepper, red chilly flakes, milk and heat them for another 6 mins
6- Add cream and boiled pasta to the mixture and heat it for 2 minutes.
7- Garnish it with cheese, Coriander and grill it for 5 minutes.
8- Hot white sauce pasta is ready to serve
