Vegetable Chowmein Recipe

Chopped Capsicum

Chopped Onion

Chopped carrot

Grated Cabbage

Chopped Green chili

Grated Ginger and garlic

spring onion leaves


Schezwan chutney

Red chili powder

Chili sauce


Tomato ketchup

Garam masala half tbsp

Dry coriander powder half tbsp

2 tbsp Corn starch

Soya sauce

Salt (As per taste)

Note: While boiling the noodles, remember to turn off the stove when noodles are half cooked and shift to other container, then add oil in it and let it cool.


Step 1

Boil noodles and add one tbsp oil in it, Keep it aside


Step 2

Heat a kadhaai, add oil

Step 3

Add all the above mentioned vegis along with garam masala, Coriander powder, red chili powder and salt as per taste.


Step 4

Add half tbsp soya sauce (Optional), chili sauce, vinegar.

Step 5

When vegetables gets half cooked, add corn starch as shown in picture below


Step 6

Now add boiled noodles to the kadhaai


Step 7

Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame then turn the stove off.

Vegetable Chowmein is ready, garnish with spring onion and tomato ketchup and serve hot.
