Dudhi ka Halwa

It is a very tasty and healthy halwa no less than Gajar ka Halwa made using grated Dudhi and khoya,  perfectly suitable for summer.

Let’s get started:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Grated Dudhi ( First peel the skin and then grate)
  2. Milk (As per dudhi quantity)
  3. Cardamom powder
  4. Khoya
  5. Amul mithai mate( Optional)
  6. Sugar
  7. Dry fruits
  8. Edible pista color (Optional)
  9. Ghee

PREPARATIONS:

Step 1:

Heat a pan and fry dry fruits in it

Step 2:

Add grated Dudhi to the kadhaai and fry on a low flame

Step 3:

Add khoya to it and stir nicely

Step 4:

Now add Milk and let the mixture boil on a medium flame

Step 5:

Add cardamom powder, sugar and amul mithai mate to it

Step 6:

On a low flame cook the halwa for 6-7 minutes until it becomes little dry.

Step 7:

At last add few drops of pista color to it (Optional)

Dudhi halwa is ready, Serve hot 🙂
