It is a very tasty and healthy halwa no less than Gajar ka Halwa made using grated Dudhi and khoya, perfectly suitable for summer.
Let’s get started:
- Grated Dudhi ( First peel the skin and then grate)
- Milk (As per dudhi quantity)
- Cardamom powder
- Amul mithai mate( Optional)
- Dry fruits
- Edible pista color (Optional)
Heat a pan and fry dry fruits in it
Add grated Dudhi to the kadhaai and fry on a low flame
Add khoya to it and stir nicely
Now add Milk and let the mixture boil on a medium flame
Add cardamom powder, sugar and amul mithai mate to it
On a low flame cook the halwa for 6-7 minutes until it becomes little dry.
At last add few drops of pista color to it (Optional)
Dudhi halwa is ready, Serve hot 🙂
