Veg Pizza

One way to please everyone at the table is to custom-make pizza at home: Prepare a selection of toppings and take orders 🙂

So let’s get started 

INGREDIENTS:

Pizza base (Available in market)

Cheese (1 cube for one Pizza)

Bell pepper (Red and green)

Chopped onion 1 medium sized

Chopped tomato 1 medium sized

Boiled Corn

Coriander Chutney

Tomato Ketchup

Oregano 

PREPARATIONS:

Step 1:

Heat Pizza base on a tava until it becomes crisp from both sides,

Do this on a low flame. It will ideally take 3-4 minutes.

Step 2:

On other side, heat a pan add one tbsp oil in it and toss fry all the chopped vegetables on a medium flame until they becomes little soft. Add salt, Black pepper and oregano in it.

Step 3:

Mix coriander chutney and tomato ketchup in a bowl .

Step 4

Apply a coat of mix sauce and chutney on Pizza base.

Step 5

Add all the tossed Vegetables on Pizza. Spread it evenly.

Step 6:

Add one cube of grated cheese on Pizza.

Step 7:

Keep it in microwave until cheese melts. It will take approx 90 sec.

Step 8:

Use pizza cutter to cut pizza in four pieces.

Vegetable Pizza is ready. Serve Hot 🙂
