Rava Upma (Breakfast ideas)

Ingredients:

Rava (Semolina/Suji)

Chopped tomato small sized

Chopped 2 green chili

Chana dal

Peanuts

Curry leaves

Cumin seeds

Mustard seeds

Red chili powder

Pinch of garam masala

Pinch of dry coriander powder

Salt

Lemon juice

Oil

Preparations:

Step 1

Take a kadhaai, heat oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, when they crackles add curry leaves, peanuts and chana dal.

Step 2

Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, pinch of garam masala and dry coriander powder along with salt.

Step 3

Then add Suji/Rava to the Kadhaai

Step 4

Saute for three- four minutes then add water as per required consistency and boil for three minutes on a low flame then turn the stove off.

Note: Keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
