Masala Potato peas mixture (Boil Potato and peas, mash them then saute using chopped onion, green chili, Chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds,pinch of garam masala,half tbsp dry mango powder, salt, half tbsp sugar, red chili powder until they turn golden brown in color)

Cut all the four sides of the bread and apply butter on it, sprinkle oregano herb and put Potato mixture on it, which we have already prepared before.
Add all the chopped vegetables over the bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese and chaat masala
Toast the bread in a toaster or tava, whichever way you want using butter/oil
Apply some mayonnaise over the toasted sandwich (Optional)
Masala Vegetable sandwich is ready.
