Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Chopped Coriander Leaves
One medium sized Onion paste
Ginger and garlic paste mixed with green chili Paste
Pinch of garam masala
Pinch of red chili powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Sugar half tbsp
Keep the peas in boiled water for five minutes.
Take a Kadhaai and heat butter
Add onion paste,Ginger and garlic paste,Green chili paste along with pinch of garam masala,red chili powder and chopped coriander leaves.
Add tomato puree, salt, half tbsp sugar and pinch of turmeric powder.
Add fresh cream approximately half bowl.
Stir it nicely on a low flame
Add Paneer cubes and water as per Required consistency and cook for three minutes on a high flame then turn the stove off.
Sahi Matar paneer is ready.
Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Chapati or fried rice.
