Bhindi (Ladies finger)
Dry red chili
Dry Coriander powder
Red chili powder
Wash Bhindi before chopping and let it dry for few minutes
Chop Bhindi, Onion and tomatoes
Take oil in a pan
Add rai, Jeera, Dry red chili and chopped garlic to the pan
Add chopped onion, when onions becomes golden brown in color, add pinch of garam masala and dry coriander powder in it and cook for 2 minutes
Add chopped Bhindi to the kadhaai
Add pinch of turmeric powder and salt as per taste in it and cover the lid for few minutes
When Bhindi becomes soft add chopped tomatoes
Add red chili powder mixed in water along with curry powder to the kadhaai, cook for 3 more minutes
Add pinch of chaat masala to the Bhindi and on full flame , cook for 3 more minutes and then turn the stove off.
Masala Bhindi is ready.
Serve hot with Chapatis and Paranthas.
