Recipe for Aloo Poha

Ingredients:

Poha

Chopped half onion

half chopped tomato

2 green chili

one medium sized potato

coriander leaves

Rai

Cumin seeds

oil

lemon juice

sugar

salt

kismish

Haldiram bhujiya

Method:

Step 1

First wash poha properly and add pinch of turmeric powder in it and keep it aside.

Fry potato and keep it aside

Step 3

Take oil in a pan and add rai, cumin seeds , dry red chili and chopped green chili and chopped onion in it

Now add fried potatoes and chopped tomatoes in it along with pinch of turmeric powder

Add poha to the kadhaai

Step 6

Add fried peanuts, chopped coriander leaves, half tbsp lemon juice, half tbsp sugar and salt as per taste

Step 7

Keep on high flame for two minutes then turn the stove off

Poha is ready.

Garnish with kishmish, kaju, Haldiram Bhujiya and serve hot with tea.
